Our Annual Membership Meeting and potluck is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Colorado City Parks and Recreation Center at 5000 Cuerno Verde Blvd, Colorado City, Colorado 81019.
West Hatchet Ranch, a covenant-controlled community, is located approximately 20 miles south of Pueblo, Colorado and west of Interstate 25 in the foothills of the Greenhorn Mountains. There are two no-outlet entrances to our community from the west frontage road, accessed from the north by Exit 83 and from the south by Exit 77. The community consists of 66 properties ranging from 40 to 80 acres each.
